Songleikr

Songleikr is a Norwegian musical collaboration exploring the meeting point between Nordic traditions, improvisation and contemporary expression. Drawing inspiration from history, mythology and the natural world, the project creates atmospheric and emotionally driven music where ancient sounds meet modern storytelling.

Since the release of its debut album in 2016, Songleikr has brought together musicians from across Europe and continues to evolve through new recordings, artistic collaborations and international touring.

Piina

Rather than seeking to overcome pain, Piina asks what becomes possible when we begin to understand what it has been trying to tell us all along.

PIINA is an evolving artistic universe created by Norwegian artist and composer Ingrid Galadriel Aune Falch. Through music, storytelling, handcrafted instruments and place-based experiences, Piina explores pain as a language—inviting us to listen more deeply to the body, memory and the landscapes that shape who we are.

New single: Omen om Uår

Omen om Uår is a collaborative recording by Songleikr and the Icelandic ensemble Árstíðir, produced by acclaimed Dutch musician and producer Fieke van den Hurk.

Composed by Ingrid Galadriel Aune Falch, the song reflects on the ancient idea of an uår—a year of hardship, scarcity and uncertainty. Looking back, it has also become a personal reflection on 2025, a year that profoundly shaped both the artist and many of those around her.
